Dr. Lambert visits Washington, D.C. for a workshop on Taking Doctoral Mentorship Seriously: Institutional Design for Equity and Inclusive Excellence sponsored by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine and Association of American Universities. The goal of the workshop was to discuss the state (and future) of graduate mentorship in higher education,
with a particular focus on accountability and incentives.
